4.3 Account Verification (KYC). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has recorded no login or wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 5.1 All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned, subject to a reasonable administration deduction.
5.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, WinLive4D may require additional verification prior to authorising payment to an alternative method.
5.3 WinLive4D does not charge deposit fees for most payment methods. Network transaction fees applicable to USDT TRC20 deposits are the sole responsibility of the User. Any third-party processing fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside WinLive4D's control.
5.4 WinLive4D reserves the right to delay or withold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, ongoing fraud investigations, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been satisfied.
WinLive4D offers a variety of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form part of and are incorporated into these Terms.
6.1 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough" or "rollover" requirements). These are clearly stated on each promotional offer page. A wagering requirement of, for example, 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before any associated winings can be withdrawn.
6.2 One Bonus Per Offer. Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible User, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise by WinLive4D.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. WinLive4D employs detection systems to identify abnormal or systematic play designed to circumvent bonus terms, extract value without genuine gaming intent, or exploit mathematical lopholes in promotional offers. All games available on the WinLive4D Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the conduct of that game.
7.1 WinLive4D uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all applicable games. RNG outcomes are independently verified and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any User or third party.
7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during a game round, WinLive4D will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the game state based on server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to the User's account.
7.3 Bets placed in error by the User (wrong stake, wrong selection) cannot be voided or amended after the wager is confirmed. Users are solely responsible for reviewing their selections before confirming any bet.
7.4 Live Sports Betting. Odds offered on sports events including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other competitions are subject to change up until the point at which the market is closed or suspended. WinLive4D reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has commenced where data delays may have affected the quoted odds.

WinLive4D does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components, although we make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a reliable, secure service.
12.1 Termination by WinLive4D. WinLive4D may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
12.2 Termination by the User. You may close your account at any time by contacting WinLive4D through the live chat support channel. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. WinLive4D is not obligated to return bonus funds upon voluntary account closure unless wagering requirements have been met.
WinLive4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
